Graduated from Nanjing University, China, M.Sc. Chemistry from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada, Mr. Xu has previously worked for Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (ICI) at the ICI Canadian research facility as a R&D engineer, engaged in R&D polymer products, specialty industrial coatings, and automotive coatings. Mr. Xu obtained his MBA degree from Simon Fraser University (SFU), Canada.

Graduated from School of Material Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, China and M.Sc. and PhD from the University of Toronto (UofT), Canada, Mr. Jiang has previously worked for a Canadian wind turbine coating manufacturer for several years and joined a world-class synthetic resin manufacturer in the USA as a chief scientist for polymer R&D for 12 years.

Mr. Gu graduated from Nanjing Polytech University, China, and Business in the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), Canada.

Mr. Xu obtained his B.Sc. from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Southeast University, a well-known engineering school in China. He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of manufacturing automation and production supervision.

Graduated from the University of Windsor, Canada and MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Canada,. Mr. Payne is CPA, CA - Provinces of Alberta and Ontario, and past CFO of Gould Inc, NYSE.
